Jorge Cure
Broker In Charge

As the broker in charge of Twilight Developments, Jorge has been an integral part of the Western North Carolina Real Estate Industry for more than 25 years.
Jorge is passionate about helping others achieve their highest self. The investment of one's home or business is an extension of this goal. He develops relationships with his clients that are lifelong because he genuinely cares. The purchase of a home or commercial property is one of the biggest steps in an individual's life, and he always forms a bond in the process.
Jorge’s journey in real estate began with his mother Jonnie at the Cross Country School of Real Estate. The family business grew with his brother Tommy, and sisters Jackie and Tomile before each set out on their own. After developing his portfolio in Haywood County, Jorge joined EXIT Vistas Realty in Arden. He was awarded numerous times for being a top producer with multi-million dollars in sales annually. In 2019, Jorge and Dana formed Twilight Developments, which seamlessly evolved into a new family business as a licensed real estate firm.
Jorge continues to give back as a mentor to fellow agents and investors. Whether he is working with clients to achieve their goals, or sharing with fellow investors at the Carolina Real Estate Investor’s Association, his heart is as big as his laughter and smile.

Every broker will tell you they're the best....of course they will...but where the rubber meets the road is what the clients say. In this business, the best are NOT defined by touchdowns or likes on tik-tok. The best are defined by happy clients. Alex will work tirelessly for you. Those aren't empty words, it’s his promise.
Alex’s dedication and commitment is rooted in his upbringing. His parents, brothers, and uncle have lived in Asheville for many years and are entrenched in the community. After attending Asheville-Buncombe Technical College, Alex took his business skills to get his license as a real estate broker. He worked with DASH Carolina, High Vista/EXP Realty, and Broadview Buyers before joining the Twilight Developments firm in the fall of 2022.
